Made my living sailing on the Corpus Christi Bay. It was the most glamorous life one could imagine. I miss it terribly and wish I had never left. The bayfront is one of the most beautiful in the world and all who visited there were impressed by the consistent winds, facilities, downtown access and year round nice weather.

Seeing this video recharges my favorite location of all time. I made my living sailing and racing there for ten years and when the wednesday night fleet turned out around 60 boats a night. I dont think at the time there were any plaintiffs available to pay for, or afford this type of investigating, but I think this was 1 of, 5 or 6 independent fire spec. reports, which combined with bug audio and survivor accounts, all tell the story. And this house was not on a slab, nor did it have a basement…It was built on soil and blocks.
